Our Style

I was smitten with shabby way before it was chic – buying my first antique while still in high school! Influenced by a chic & vivacious mother who entertains effortlessly & throws parties everyone wants to be invited to combined with having an equally stylish mother-in-law addicting me to ‘antiquing’  has helped me to accrue an attractive & robust collection of vintage partyware. So how could I not be obsessed with entertaining?! Friends & family always teased I should go into business. And since my daughter, Chloe, is a chip off the ol’ block (love of nostalgia and parties must be hereditary!) we’ve decided it’s time to expand our crowd of fun! We love being able to collaborate with others who want to add a touch of vintage to their celebrations!

Vintage Rusticity creates sweet, memorable, intimate events what we call {boutique parties} for 2 – 50. So for your next pretty party think Vintage Rusticity Rentals to indulge in a wistful ambiance of whimsy, nostalgia and romance….vintage is as vintage does.

We are passionate about adding rustic romance and vintage charm to your event. We are very competitively priced and ready and able to help you conceive an {oooh!} & {ahhh!} inspiring celebration! Our term for cozy, intimate soirées of up to 50 friends and family. We believe the most cherished memories are of celebrations of special events surrounded by people who love you most. Keeping it small allows you to spend time with your guests, where the focus is on one on one interaction with everyone invited. It provides an opportunity to intermingle on a level that a big scale production doesn’t offer.
No worries! VINTAGE RUSTICITY RENTALS can liaise with you, your planner, caterer, and/or florist to discuss your event requirements and provide a personalized quote selecting just the right items needed for a memorable event; we at VINTAGE RUSTICITY can even design, plan and coordinate your entire event! Our goal is for this to be a delightful experience! Dates are reserved with a 50% deposit payment to secure your booking. Further payment info found on proposal and agreement form.
Basic Delivery/pick up within 20 miles is $20 each way, 60 miles is $35 each way, events further afield or for larger furniture pieces additional fees may apply. If we are setting up for you, delivery is on the day of your event. Otherwise, we’ll arrange to deliver 1-2 days prior to your event. We prefer to collect rental items as soon as possible after an event; however we will do our best to work around dates and times most convenient to you.
VINTAGE RUSTICITY washes all china, silver, glassware and linen that you hire at 15% of the total of your booking. If you prefer you can do it yourselves, however, vintage items are NOT dishwasher safe and MUST be hand washed and specifically repacked! Additional info on proposal and agreement form.

Our styling services are not stand alone but can be added on to rental hires. Please see our services page for details regarding set up and styling.

We at VINTAGE RUSTICITY love to make pretty things happen and offer a range of services in addition to rentals such as:

{Event Coordination}: We can provide a little or a lot of event coordination includes design and planning, vendor management, venue selection, everything to create a perfect event. From Day of services to Full Service our event planning packages include styling services. Event coordination services are not stand alone but can be added on to rental hires. {Catering} Yep! We can do that too! Through our sister company delight{and}surprise entertaining. Catering packages are not stand alone but can be added on to rental hires. Please see our services page for additional details.

If an item is broken or lost, a replacement charge will be payable from your refundable damage deposit. Please refer to proposal and agreement for relevant info.
